High Protection Fund (In Official Liquidation) (the “Company”) The Companies Act (2026 Revision) Notice of Appointment of Joint Official Liquidators and Meeting of Creditors Registration Number: 219373 Grand Court Cause No. 358 of 2025 (JAJ) TAKE NOTICE any person claiming to be a creditor of the Company and wishing to recover his debt should submit a proof of debt form to the JOLs, if not already done so. A copy of this form and further information regarding its completion and submission can be requested from the JOLs via email to Britt Viljoen at bviljoen@bdo.ky. TAKE NOTICE THAT pursuant to section 105 (3) of the Companies Act (2026 Revision), the meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held on Friday, 7th August 2026 at 9:00 am (Cayman Islands time) via teleconference call. Access details to the meeting will be provided in due course upon confirmation of attendance. The purpose of the meeting is to provide creditors with an update on the progress of the liquidation, to elect a liquidation committee and to deal with any other matters or resolutions the Joint Official Liquidators think fit. AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT any creditor intending to participate in the meeting must send written notice of their intention to do so to the Joint Official Liquidators, together with a completed proof of debt (creditors only), if you have not already done so, no later than Wednesday, 5th August 2026 at 5:00 pm (Cayman Islands time). Any person who is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend in their stead.
