Likvidátorem byl jmenován pan Peter Vladimir Spina, nar. 31.5.1980, trvale bytem Na Šumavě 3300/11, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Česká republika. Věřitelé Společnosti se tímto dále vyzývají k přihlášení svých pohledávek vůči Společnosti, a to nejpozději do tří měsíců od druhého zveřejnění této výzvy. Přihlášky pohledávek je možné zasílat na adresu sídla Společnosti a v kopii na e-mailovou adresu peter@goldseek.com. V případě jakýchkoliv nesrovnalostí nebo rozdílů ve výkladu mezi tímto překladem a originálním českým zněním má přednost české znění. / The New Prague Post s.r.o., in liquidation, with its registered office at Varšavská 715/36, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha 2, the Czech Republic, ID No. 056 99 789, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 269176 (the Company) in accordance with the provisions of Section 198(2) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, hereby announces, that Mr. Peter Vladimir Spina, born on 31 May 1980, permanently residing at Na Šumavě 3300/11, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, the Czech Republic, as the sole shareholder of the Company acting in the capacity of the General Meeting, has decided to dissolve the Company and enter it into liquidation, with effect as of 31 August 2025. Mr. Peter Vladimir Spina, born on 31 May 1980, permanently residing at Na Šumavě 3300/11, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, the Czech Republic, has been appointed as the liquidator. Creditors of the Company are hereby called upon to register their claims against the Company no later than three months after the date of the second publication of this notice.
