NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF THE ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
This Notice of extension of the Acceptance Period (the “Notice of Extension”) refers to and shall be read in conjunction with the public proposal to purchase shares made by Tanemo a.s., ID No.: 09834273, having its registered office at Evropská 2690/17, Dejvice, Postal Code 160 00, Prague 6, the Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague file number B 25995 (the “Offeror”) published on 8th February 2021 in the Commercial Gazette and on the website of MONETA Money Bank, a.s. related to the shares (ISIN: CZ0008040318) issued by MONETA Money Bank, a.s., ID No.: 25672720 having its registered office at the address Vyskočilova 1442/1b, Michle, 140 00 Prague 4, the Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, file number B 5403 (the “Bid”). Unless the context expressly requires otherwise, the capitalized terms in the Bid shall have the meaning given in this Notice of Extension.
According to the Section 3.1. of the Bid the Acceptance Period lapses on 26th February 2021.
In accordance with this Section 3.1. of the Bid the Offeror is also entitled to extend the Acceptance Period until 5th March 2021. The Offeror is entitled to make such a change, and this change becomes effective, by a notice published in the same manner as the Bid was made, i.e., by publishing information about this change on the Company's website and by publishing it in the Commercial Gazette.
The Offeror hereby informs Interested Shareholders that the Offeror is exercising the right to extend the Acceptance Period in accordance with Section 3.1. of the Bid. The extended Acceptance Period according to this Notice of Extension lasts until Friday, 5th March 2021.
